For your convenience, we can arrange a porter service upon request, to assist you with luggage at arrival or departure.

📌 Before check-in you will receive a secure link where you must:

Register an identity document for each guest (legal requirement).

Pay the tourist tax (not included in the booking price).

💶 Tourist tax rates:
€4.00 per person per night (age 16+)
€2.00 per person per night (ages 11–15)
Free for children under 10

ℹ️ Important: the tourist tax is different from the Venice Access Fee.

The tourist tax is mandatory for overnight stays in the city.

The access fee applies only to day-trippers.

👉 By paying the tourist tax, you are automatically exempt from the access fee and do not need to worry about any further payments to enter the city.
