- Property: the accommodations managed by SDC listed on the Website, including vacation rentals, guesthouses, and hotels.

- Availability: Bookings are subject to the availability of the selected Property.
- Confirmation: The booking will be confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from SDC.
- Payment methods: Payment can be made by credit card as specified during the booking process.

### 3. Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation: The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellation fees: In case of cancellation beyond the above deadline or no-show, the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- Non-refundable rates: For rates marked as "non-refundable," the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be refundable under any circumstances.

### 4. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. The Customer must complete the Guest Portal with the details of all guests before arrival and, if applicable, pay the tourist tax. A valid ID document must be presented at check-in.
- Check-out: Check-out must be completed by the time specified in the booking confirmation. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

### 5. Tourist tax
The tourist tax, if applicable, is not included in the price listed on the Website and must be paid online at the time of check-in.

### 6. Customer responsibility
- The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the Property during their stay.
- Subletting or transferring the use of the Property to third parties without prior authorization from SDC is prohibited.

### 7. Booking modifications
Any requests for modifications must be communicated in writing to SDC. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

### 8. Limitation of liability
SDC will not be held liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues outside its responsibility, which may affect the Customer's stay.
