Picture yourself sipping a coffee on the rooftop terrace (“altana”) with a breathtaking view. This apartment, located on the top floor of a historic building, offers you exactly that—and an unforgettable stay.

The Master Bedroom: A cozy double bed and large wardrobe, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Venice. Natural light from the window makes it a warm and inviting retreat.

The Bathroom: Modern and spotless, with a convenient shower. Complimentary toiletries (shampoo, soap, quality towels) are provided so you won’t have to worry about a thing.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your needs. Whether you want a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner, you’ll find everything: stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, and all utensils, plates, and cutlery. Cooking here will be a pleasure!

The Living Room: Bright and spacious, with spectacular views of the city. Relax on the sofa with your favorite series on the smart TV, or enjoy a meal at the large dining table. The windows overlooking Venetian rooftops will gift you magical moments.

The Loft: Upstairs, a unique space awaits: a bunk bed and two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. From here, you’ll truly feel part of Venice’s history, surrounded by the contrast of ancient and modern.

The Altana: The jewel of the apartment. A panoramic rooftop terrace with 360° views of Venice—from St. Mark’s Bell Tower to historic palaces and glittering canals. The photos don’t do it justice: seeing it in person is unforgettable. Enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and breathe in the magic of the Serenissima.

The building does not have an elevator, but we can arrange porter service (for a fee) to help with luggage upon request.

Other Things to Note
Before check-in, you will receive a link to register an identity document for each guest and pay the tourist tax. Please note that the tourist tax is a mandatory fee set by the Municipality and, as per Airbnb regulations, it is never included in the booking price. It must always be paid separately before arrival.

Important Information on Tourist Tax & Venice Access Fee
It’s important to understand that the Venice Access Fee and the Tourist Tax are two different charges with different purposes:

Venice Access Fee: Applies to day-trippers visiting Venice without an overnight stay. Usually paid online or at entry points.

Tourist Tax: Applies to all overnight stays in accommodation in Venice.

Even if you are exempt from the Access Fee, you must still pay the Tourist Tax if you stay overnight in the city.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building without an elevator.
