A strategic and quiet location, perfect for reaching Venice in minutes without giving up the convenience of spacious rooms and more affordable prices compared to the historic center.

Just a few steps from the house, you’ll find the T1 tram stop, which takes you directly to Piazzale Roma, the gateway to Venice, in under 10 minutes. The ticket costs only €1.50, so you can forget about expensive parking, restricted traffic zones, and crowded ferries. Simply step out the door, walk a few steps, hop on the tram and… in no time you’ll be immersed in Venetian magic!

ℹ️ Important Information about the City Tax

The city tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately, as required by the Venice City Council regulations.

The amount is:

€4.00 per person per night

€2.00 per night for children aged 11 to 15

Free for children up to 10 years old

After booking confirmation, you will receive a secure link to:

Register guest IDs (online check-in)

Pay the city tax

Both procedures are mandatory by law and very simple to complete before arrival.

💡 No worries: by paying the city tax you are automatically exempt from the Venice access fee, which in any case only applies on specific weekends from May to July.
